Crossroads is committed to celebrating the success of our volunteers and holds two annual events to show its appreciation. In Spring there is a Volunteer Appreciation Event and in December a Christmas Potluck. Volunteers also receive a monthly newsletter to keep them up-to-date about all Crossroads activities.

Also, as opportunities arise, Crossroads Hospice Society will provide letters of reference for academic or employment opportunities, nominations for volunteer community awards and surveys to ensure continued satisfaction as a Crossroads volunteer.
