If, at any time, you wish to have your name removed from our mailing list or you would prefer that your name not be listed as a donor, simply contact us and we will be pleased to accommodate your request.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
A compassionate approach to social media
In our mission to help people put more life into days, we at Crossroads Hospice Society use our social media channels as a way of engaging in the world around us to help build a community of compassion.
Our society resolves to uphold everyone's right to privacy online and will never disclose personal information about the clients we serve or those participating in our programs and services. We may, when given permission, share stories of their experience in the form of testimonials, photo albums, or event promotions.
We will not express any opinions on negative news stories, political debates, or controversial issues related to end-of-life care on our social media channels. These topics are too sensitive for this online venue and are deserving of a much fuller dialogue than our social media tools can provide.
Any questions, concerns or complaints about our society, programs, and services will not be resolved in any online venue. We kindly request that issues that arise be directed to the appropriate personnel listed on our staff page or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forward to meeting and getting to know you online. If you need more information or have any questions please email us at email@example.com. We welcome your insights.
